We never share or sell SMS opt-in data or phone numbers with third parties for their own marketing.
5. Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, keep you signed in, and understand how visitors use our public pages. We use two third-party services for this: Google Analytics 4 (provided by Google LLC), which tells us in aggregate how people find and move through the site, and Microsoft Clarity (provided by Microsoft Corporation), which records anonymised interaction sessions — clicks, scrolling and navigation paths — on our public pages so we can find and fix usability problems.
These tools run only on our public pages. They are disabled on your member account pages (including your dashboard, settings, rewards and tournament check-in), and on all staff and administrative systems. Microsoft Clarity is configured in its strictest masking mode: text you see and text you type is obscured before it leaves your browser, and session recording is switched off entirely while the sign-up or sign-in window is open. We do not send your name, phone number, date of birth, home address, government-identification information, member account identifier or referral code to Google or Microsoft.
We do not use these tools for cross-site advertising. We have turned off Google Signals and advertising personalisation on our analytics property, and we do not link analytics data to any advertising account. You can usually configure your browser to refuse cookies or to alert you when cookies are being sent; some parts of the site may not work as well without them. You can review Google’s practices at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites and Microsoft’s at privacy.microsoft.com/privacystatement.
6. Your choices
- Email. Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email to stop receiving them.
- SMS. Reply STOP to any marketing text message.
- Access, correction, deletion. You may contact us to request access to your information, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it, subject to any retention obligations under the law.
- Privacy preference signals. We honour the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. If your browser or extension sends GPC, we do not load Google Analytics or Microsoft Clarity for your visit and we do not set analytics cookies. You can also opt out of Google Analytics using Google’s browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
7. Data retention and security
We retain your information for as long as your membership is active and as needed to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children
Our Club is 18 and over. Our services are not directed to anyone under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have collected information from someone under 18, please contact us and we will delete it.
